How Do I Apply for a Permanent Business Talent Visa (Subclass 132)?
Step 1: Verify that you satisfy all visa criteria
You must satisfy BOTH the basic requirements of the Subclass 132 visa AND the particular requirements of the application stream. The Subclass 186 visa permits two application streams:

Step 2: Expression of Interest (EOI) submission and invitation to apply through SkillSelect.
A state or territory government must designate you to apply for the Subclass 132 visa before you can submit an application. By submitting an EOI, these governments can evaluate your business claims and determine whether to nominate you.
If you are nominated, Skillselect will ask you to apply for a Subclass 132 visa. After receiving an invitation, you will have 60 days to submit your visa application online.
